Scope Of Work
26,175 square-foot structural steel and structural steel stud construction, including clinic and administrative office space. Approximately two-thirds of the facility is dedicated to clinical space including exam rooms, X-ray, eye clinic, lab and pharmacy. The remaining one-third of the facility is for administrative office space. The building design provides expansion capability, including a future dental facility.
