29,000 square-foot addition incorporating new ER, outpatient clinic, administrative offices, new public entries and retail facilities for pharmacy and optometry services. The original building also underwent 6,000 square feet of remodeling to upgrade existing pharmacy and remodeling and expansion of medical imaging facility.
Working closely with the owner and architect, Ellis ensured uninterrupted operation of the facility throughout construction. Careful planning of phased demolition and construction provided smooth transitions with minimal disruption of services.
