Scope Of Work
131,297 square feet of office space on four floors for 860 employees, with 730 parking spaces. Site layout was designed to accommodate an additional 150,000 square feet on four floors and an additional 577 parking stalls. Material requirements were extensive:
46,000 square feet of glass
4,800 sheets of plywood
2,000 light fixtures
11 miles of piping
50 miles of wire
59 miles of cable
3,000 cubic yards of concrete
The Project was completed within 365 days to meet the owner’s timeline.
2010 BUILD Wisconsin Award in the new construction category, Associated General Contractors of Wisconsin
Building contains many renewable features and has achieved LEED Silver Certification
