Scope Of Work
Located just 40 miles from St. Louis, the Fairfield Inn and Suites consist of four stories with 49,376 square ft. and 90 rooms and suites. The building is a wood frame structure with an Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS), brick, and stone exterior finish. The front entrance is composed of an aluminum roof trellis with a segmented porte cochere. Guests can enjoy a wide array of amenities, which include a “connect and print� business center, fully-equipped meeting room, exercise room, swimming pool and corner market.
