Scope Of Work
The ENACTUS, formerly known as Students In Free Enterprise (S.I.F.E.), office building is an addition to the existing structure. It is constructed of a wood frame, masonry, steel, and an asphalt shingle roof. The exterior incorporates EIFS accent panels and soffits. The scope of work also included renovation of existing facility.
Building Description for Recent Building Addition completed in 2008:
This building is 31,884 square ft. in four floors, providing space for offices, classrooms, a kitchen, a fitness room with showers, a loading dock and 2 elevators. The exterior is of brick to match the existing building.
