Scope Of Work
The Bayer Corporation Shawnee Distribution Center consists of 240,220 square ft. The main warehouse consists of 175,669 square ft., with over 5,072 square ft. of warehouse office space on the 1st floor. There are mezzanine offices for customer services and E-commerce consisting of 19,517 square ft.
The exterior walls are “tilt-up” concrete wall panels with masonry block for some of the interior walls.
