Alberto Fernandez is widely recognized as one of Southeast Florida construction industry’s most impartial and assiduous executives. He began his construction career 30 years ago. Starting as General Contractor Qualifying Agent and Vice President of ANF Construction, he has served as President of ANF Group, Inc. since 1992. Over the last 30 years he has worked hard to produce the quality of work that ANF Group, Inc. has built their reputation on.

In addition to his role as President of ANF Group, Inc. Alberto Fernandez is actively involved in several industry associations and in the local community. He serves as a board member of the South Florida Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors as well as a board member of their Political Action Committee. He is a member of Construction Association of South Florida, Latin Builders Association, Hispanic Unity of Florida, and an alternate on the Board of Rules and Appeals for Broward County.

Mr. Fernandez oversees all daily operations at ANF Group, Inc. and formulates corporate direction.

Alberto Gil has over 25 years of construction experience. He began his career with ANF Group, Inc. as a project superintendent from 1986 until 1989, quickly becoming a senior project manager from 1989 through 1992. 

He has served as Vice President of Construction for the last 19 years. Mr. Gil has personally managed and successfully completed in excess of 75 projects worth more than $250 million in construction costs.

Mr. Gil is responsible for the entire construction team, beginning with preliminary cost projections and continuing through all phases of construction until projects are successfully completed. This responsibility includes coordinating with professional consultants and with government officials, cost projections, monthly cost updating, scheduling and working as a liaison with field personnel.
 

John Kuncher, Vice President of Field Operations, is a veteran of the industry with almost 40 years of experience in the construction of educational, commercial and healthcare facilities. He has multifaceted responsibilities including monitoring the progress and quality of work at all ANF Group construction sites. Mr. Kuncher’s wealth of knowledge and experience are of great assistance on each of ANF Group’s projects.

Nelson Fernandez has over 27 years of construction and real estate development experience as a Principal of ANF Group, Inc.  He served as Secretary for ANF Group, Inc. from 1986 until 1992 when he became Vice President and Secretary / Treasurer.

Mr. Fernandez’s work history encompasses extensive experience in professional and medical office space build out, tenant coordination including lease negotiation, and pre-construction services. In addition, he is well versed in Real Estate development, having developed over 500,000 square feet of office space, working all aspects of the project from land acquisitions, to financing and property management.  He is an active participant in many local organizations and has served on the Board of Work Force One Broward, Valley Bank of Florida, Peaceful Haven Ranch Group Home, Greater Ft. Lauderdale Alliance and is an Ambassador for the United Way of Broward. 

Mr. Fernandez is responsible for business development, marketing, insurance and banking relations for ANF Group, Inc. and real estate development for all related companies.
 

Dan Norris, Chief Estimator and LEED AP, has worked in construction for over 10 years. He graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelor Degree in Construction Management from University of Florida. Since graduating Dan has worked on a variety of healthcare, education and commercial construction projects. As Chief Estimator his job duties include conceptual estimating, bid solicitation, detailed quantity take-off in all CSI divisions, establishing subcontractor scopes of work, drafting bid packages, and subcontractor bid analysis.

Mr. Alvarez joined ANF Group in 2007, serving as Director of Marketing. He posses a 17 year background in Marketing, Graphic Design and Business Management. His experience includes creation of Marketing Campaigns, Corporate Image Services for the Construction, Real Estate and Other Industries.

Mr. Alvarez is responsible for the creation and implementation of all Marketing, Overall Company Image, Client Presentations, Social Media, SEO/SEM, Technology Management and Public Relations for ANF Group, Inc.
