Scope Of Work
2 phases project consisting of the following work:
Phase 1: Demolition of existing fields which were turned into a new 190 space parking lot. Running of all underground utilities, new entrance Phase 2: Construction of the Aquatic Center which included a new 163,000 gallon pool measuring a total of 5,780 sq.ft., a new concrete deck surround the pool, new landscaping, all surrounding fencing and a new interior
features to the existing building, new Irrigation system and landscaping and new Fencing,
welcoming lobby.
