Scope Of Work
Emergency Department Expansion
New construction of a 20,000 GSF, single story, Emergency Department Expansion at Imperial Point Medical Center. The scope of work included site work, landscaping, irrigation, structural concrete with psi joists and infill/exposed masonry, structural steel at the canopies, millwork, roofing, doors, interior finishes, specialties, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical work and x-ray installation.
This project included installation of a new cooling tower in their existing Central Plant to service the Emergency Department Expansion.
