Scope Of Work
This project is the upgrade of 18,000 GSF in the existing patient tower. There are a total of 30 patient rooms and the flooring, paint, shower and bathroom tile, cabinetry, wall protection, plumbing and electrical fixtures are all to be removed and replaced with new. There are two patient wings and a nurse’s station included on the floor. The work is phased and the floor will be occupied by patients as the work is being completed.
