Some builds require extra attention, such as working at night when the business is closed. But what happens when it’s a 24 hour business, like a regional grocery retailer? Those jobs require even more special attention, which was the case for this Kroger remodel.

Store remodels like this are called “within the wall,” as there is no expansion. Our team did most of the work in the evenings and during store operations. This type of in-operation also requires special consideration for employee and patron safety. Our team also completed the grocery resets with special gondolas, which move shelves with product in place. We updated the current signage to the brand’s latest standards across all departments. At job completion, we turned over the site and it was like we were never even there. Well, with the exception of the entirely new look and feel for the building, that is.
