Scope Of Work
While our team does jobs all over the country, we were lucky to have this job and another right together in Elizabethtown, Ky. The main job here was the Woodland Commons shops, a retail outlet of the Woodland Commons, but we also constructed the shopping area’s Buffalo Wild Wings. This joint opportunity presented both time and cost savings to both clients.
For the retail job, we constructed a strip that would be used by three future tenants. Construction was a concrete slab on grade, concrete masonry unit (CMU) walls, complete with steel columns, joists and deck. Exterior finishes usually integrated colored concrete block, architectural metal panels and EIFS.
