Project Profile

This new 200-bed, 155,000 square foot nursing home facility was constructed in just 16 aggressive months. To provide a ‘residential community’ feel, specialized engineering and construction methods were used to create the steel framed, concrete plank building. The general construction scope of work included concrete decks, masonry, roof framing and sheathing, exterior finish carpentry, cement plank siding, doors, door frames and hardware, windows, tile work, carpet, and resilient flooring.
