Scope Of Work
In the Woodstock community, north of Atlanta, Georgia, the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta development includes eight retail buildings with over 80 stores, outdoor social spaces, a food court and extensive parking. The site is configured in a racetrack-manner with two large buildings in the center and the other six radiating around the central core. A playground, fountain and fireplace cap the social spaces on site.
VCC was responsible for all new construction on The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta. The buildings are constructed with a metal structure and clad with synthetic stucco, brick and a variety of structural steel decorative canopies. Several buildings have towers with signage to accent the corners of the development. Covered walkways connect the buildings for shopping convenience.
