Scope Of Work
VCC was responsible for the new construction of the 80,000+ square foot Northfield at Stapleton building. Our team constructed Northfield at Stapleton to meet the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Standard, and in October was granted Silver LEED certification from the Green Building Council. In addition to being one of the first retail centers in the country to "build green," Northfield Stapleton is the largest retail center ever to enroll in the Xcel Design Assistance Program (XDAP).
