Scope Of Work
GrandMarc at Clemson is a landmark project for the University. The community is less than a mile from campus and will remain true to the areas pedestrian and bike-friendly style. The student housing project consists of 5 buildings and 147 units. VCC's scope of work on the project includes abatement & demolition of the existing strip mall, site work and utilities and all new construction of the project.
GrandMarc will offer 2 and 4- bedroom options and floor plans have open and modern layouts, featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances. Community amenities will include a central outdoor amenity area with community grills, luxury pool, sand volleyball courts and bocce ball facilities.
