Conversion of an existing parking garage to a three story fully climate controlled self-storage facility in Baltimore, Maryland
This project was a design/build contract. Challenges for this project included increasing the load bearing capacity of parking garage to meet the 125 lbs. per Sq. Ft. required by code, and remediating soil contaminated by the previous owner due to leakage of oil and other lubricants. The final facility is 137,000 Sq. Ft.
