Scope Of Work
Conversion of large interior mall to outdoor shopping center in Jessup, Maryland
This project included demolishing the interior of a 330,000 SF main shopping center and a 120,000 SF auxillary area and converting the structure into an outdoor shopping center. Upon completion Chamberlain also received numerous contracts to outfit spaces to suit tenants needs.
