Scope Of Work
Located in the heart of Malibu, this 38,000+ SF retail center is situated at the base of rugged hills and adjacent to the world-famous beaches where surfers are abundant. Included are a new 24,500 SF Whole Foods market and four other retail buildings with exposed wood siding and sheet metal roofs that mimic the nearby Pacific Ocean. Visitors can stroll among the open timber arcade and the park setting that has been created, featuring 4,800 SF of outdoor seating and native sourced landscaping.
