Scope Of Work
A new 13,886 SF Chase Bank located at the top of the city of Rancho Palos Verdes with unobstructed views of the ocean, the building sits at the top of a ravine and is supported by fifty caissons poured into the bedrock. The project includes a lower concrete surface parking level that extends under the building and an upper level wood framed deck. Other project features include a modular wetlands system that filters run off, drought resistant landscaping, new electrical service, and an elevator between the garage level and the upper deck.
