Edward Galindo's Bio
Edward Galindo brings three decades of experience in the concrete business at every level of production to his leadership role with Nuera Platinum Concrete. Edward started as a concrete finisher, and defines “working your way up” as he rose through the ranks to foreman, supervisor, and now Vice President. Edward joined Nuera Platinum Concrete in his current role in 2015. Edward is responsible for internal business management and budgeting and overseeing 30 employees, but also maintains a strong customer service focus conducting client estimates. In 2016, Edward earned certification from the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) as a Pervious Concrete Technician, assuring the highest level of quality for clients. Edward’s work includes major projects for residential, education, military, and government clients.
Trevor Abney's Bio
Trevor Abney brings 25 years of operations management experience in a variety of industries to Nuera Group. He is responsible for project management, field production, estimating, and information technology. Trevor’s keen grasp of details in public contraction, procurement, technical writing, personnel, and customer service makes him a valued part of the Nuera team. He possesses the ability to interact with all manner of professionals whether investors, consultants, business executives, government officials, or legal experts at every level. Trevor is certified as a REAC Specialist, Lead Safe Housing Specialist, and is a LEED Green Associate through the U.S. Green Building Council. Trevor came to Nuera Group in 2014.
Walter Fritz's Bio
As the Founder and CEO of Nuera Group of Companies, Walter oversees all development and construction activities. Walter’s twenty years of experience have enabled him to amass a great depth of understanding as to the construction process for multiple forms of construction delivery methods. He has a solid understanding as to the needs of the development and construction industry from the perspective of budgets, Pro forma creation and management, and marketing.
Walter’s years of experience in the industry is reflected in his diverse portfolio. His projects have ranged in size and diversity from entry-level two story seniors assisted-living centers to multi-building high rise complexes in varied geographical and climate conditions from Southern California to the Northern Canada.
Further, Walter has worked successfully with Court-Appointed Receivers of distressed properties providing oversight to the construction components integral in partially completed projects that have been assumed by the Lenders. Walter’s strengths are in the fields of management, communication, liaison with municipal officials, procurement, and construction.

Vicky Mario's Bio
As Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Nuera Group of Companies, Vicky oversees all the daily business development and construction activities. Vicky’s 20+ years in the construction industry in Southern California support her experience and success in all aspects of the general construction process.
Having personally performed all facets of construction operations throughout her career, she currently oversees, manages, and supports the team in construction management, project estimating, purchasing and contracting, field coordination, scheduling and supervision, design development, permit issuance, and accounting.
Being the first employee of Nuera Group of Companies has afforded Vicky the unique opportunity to be intimately involved in the success and continued growth of the company. Among Vicky’s strengths are her excellent interpersonal, communication, and administrative skills. Much of Vicky’s focus is on creating, culturing, and maintaining positive working relationships with our clients.
