Scope Of Work
Village View Apartment Rehabilitation is a Design Build exterior and ADA renovation/rehabilitation for the City Heights Community Development Corporation in San Diego. This was a complicated rehabilitation of an occupied development that was completed on time and on budget. Work included concrete replacement, installation of a tot lot, installation of approximately 150 windows, railing and walkway replacement, renovation and construction of new ADA units.
