Luna Development Services LLC

A graduate of Old Dominion University, Mike brings nearly thirty years experience in real estate development and financial services. Prior to organizing Luna, he was a senior development executive and partner with Armada Hoffler Development Company, one of Virginia’s largest real estate developers.

During his ten-year career with Armada Hoffler, Mike was responsible for the development of large real estate projects up and down the east coast, with an aggregate total development costs exceeding a half billion dollars. His responsibilities included managing a development and construction team of up to 30 professionals. During his tenure with Armada Hoffler, Mike was Project Manager of Phases I and II of the Virginia Beach Town Center, a comprehensive mixed-use project in Virginia Beach VA. Phase I included 225,000 s.f. of offices, 90,000 s.f. of retail and a 1,300-space parking garage. Phase II included 241 luxury apartments with 45,000 s.f. of retail and a 700-space parking garage.

Wendy is a graduate of Chowan College with a degree in accounting.  She brings over 15 years of government contracting accounting experience to the team.

Krista is a graduate of Old Dominion University and has been involved in the construction industry for more than 10 years.

Sherri is a graduate of Old Dominion University with 20 years experience in financial services, banking and wealth management.
