We are a locally family-owned excavating and paving business recognized for over 58 years for our dedication to excellence.
Entrepreneurs Elmer and Freda Possinger have been life-long residents of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Over fifty years ago they had a vision of building a successful, reputable excavating business that would be of service to the community.
E.F. Possinger & Sons, Inc. began with a small lot, a few trucks a few pieces of equipment and few employees alongside with the father and two sons, Roy and Nyles. Today Elmer and Freda's son Nyles along with his two sons, Ryan and Kyle are continuing the original legacy of the excavating business and have added considerably to the services provided as well as to its original fleet of trucks and equipment.
E.F. Possinger & Son's employees welfare and that of our customers are the first and foremost priority. We believe that all work, no matter how miniscule, must be completed correctly, safely and on a timely basis. The work done must meet customer satisfaction. All OSHA safety standards must be observed on each and every job site as well as on our administrative sites. This philosophy is instilled into each and every family member as well as all our staff members.
