Scope Of Work
Project consists of 5400 s.f. of showroom, sales and manufacturing facility for a micro-brewery to sell and distribute its products.
This was a Design/Build collaboration with Perretz and Young under the direction of Southwood.
It included a 2-acre site developed for parking and building footprint. This project is in the Rockville Commerce Center in Goochland, Virginia.
