Southwood Building Systems, Inc. and Southwood Builders, Inc. are multi facet construction companies specializing in commercial, institutional, water and sewer treatment, as well as full site construction. These companies have over 37 years of construction expertise and are operated as a family owned business.

During this period “Southwood” has constructed numerous schools, commercial and industrial projects, sewage pump stations, and sewage and water treatment plants. In constructing these projects “Southwood” has a full service site company performing site excavation, utility storm sewer, stone and paving. “Southwood” has performed excavations to 60’ deep as well as multiple story building structures. “Southwood” owns and maintains its own fleet of equipment which includes dozers, loaders, excavators, off road trucks, backhoes, and cranes.

In addition “Southwood” has been involved in several Design-Build projects for construction, dealerships, marine facilities, office/warehouse projects and industrial facilities.
