Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a new two-story Elementary School building of approximately 78,400 square feet to accommodate 750 students, administrative and teaching staff.
Building construction features included masonry and steel bearing structure, completer mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior features included brick veneer, metal siding, standing seam metal roofing, storefront, aluminum windows and two-story curtain wall systems. The work also includes related site work, demolition of an existing house, landscaping, 2,942sy light-duty paving and 2,800sy heavy-duty paving.
The project is designated for Silver Certification.
