Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a new one-story Elementary School building of approximately 91,276 square feet to accommodate 900 students, administrative and teaching staff.
Before construction could begin, the hazardous abatement and demolition of the existing 66,600-sf elementary school had to be . Building construction features included masonry and steel bearing structure, completer mechanical and electrical systems. Exterior features include brick veneer, metal siding, standing seam metal roofing, storefront, aluminum windows and two-story curtain wall systems. The work also includes related site work, landscaping, 2,942-sy light-duty paving and 2,800-sy heavy-duty paving.
