We have been using Burton Scot for several years now and have built a partnership with them when it comes to onsite work. They are very easy to work with, schedule whatever hours are needed, and are cost competitive. Unlike some other local Companies we have used, if there are any issues, they will take ownership of them and work on a solution without cutting corners. Frank, Scot, and Dave are always available to answer questions and be onsite when needed to discuss the scope of the work they are doing. This kind of customer service is very refreshing these days and goes a long way at letting me concentrate on my primary responsibilities with GLC since I do not have to worry about nor micromanage any project that we have contracted out.

I was disappointed that each morning the workers started work without first undergoing contractor orientation or completing our safe work permit as was the expectation I set before the first day of work and each day thereafter. If I were to use Burton Scot again I will work language into the contract assuring that our policies are followed. Aside form that, Burton Scot did an outstanding job, met our schedule, and allowed our operations to continue throughout the job.
