Bryson is responsible for the overall strategic direction and executive management of Reaume Richardson. His knowledge was built from the ground up, as he worked in the trades for half a decade before moving into executive management. He's passionate about ensuring the firm's vision, values, and targets are aligned so that Reaume Richardson can maintain the highest standards for their employees, partners and clients. His long history in the industry and his service in the military have taught him the value of an honest day’s work and the importance of maintaining relationships, something he instills at all levels of the company.

Emily Chiong brings a distinctive blend of experience in the entertainment, healthcare, and automotive sectors. Leveraging more than 20 years of industry experience, Emily leads the financial, tax, risk management, corporate planning, and accounting functions for the organization.

As a co-founder of Reaume Richardson, Evan has been instrumental in the company’s thoughtful expansion. Since joining the company in 2005, Evan has proven highly adept at all roles, including estimator, project engineer, superintendent, and project manager, and has been a noteworthy construction leader in the Adaptive Reuse of downtown Los Angeles. His unique approach to problem solving, forward thinking management style, and ability to build and maintain strong industry relationships have been vital to the company's continued success.

Shawn has over 12 years of construction experience leading teams and organizations as a general contractor and design-builder for IPD and design-bid-build projects. His extensive experience managing preconstruction, construction and project closeouts stretches a multitude of building types including healthcare, education, hospitality, historical, commercial and mixed-use for both public and private sectors. Shawn has a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative construction solutions focused on the successful and safe completion of projects within the allocated budget and time frame. Jim has focused on Preconstruction Services for over 20 years. His diverse background in the construction industry includes running his own general contracting business and working as Chief estimator for Webcor Builders, where he oversaw preconstruction for such projects as the Metropolis and the Century Plaza. Before joining the team, Jim was Director of Preconstruction at AMCAL, where he supervised both the estimating department and design management for all of the company’s California projects. LEED AP

Chris Boadle leads the strategy and pursuit of new projects for Reaume Richardson, working closely with current and future partners through a project’s initiation and into preconstruction. With 10+ years of professional experience in Brand Marketing and Publishing, Chris concurrently drives the company’s marketing strategies.
