Scope Of Work
The Hotel El Dorado, originally named the Hotel Stowell, is a historically listed buildingoriginally constructed in 1913.
Reaume Richardson restored and renovated the building’s 66 lofts and ground floorcommercial space alongside Rockefeller Kempel Architects. In addition to the meticulousrestoration of historical details such as the ornate hand railings in the entry hall, the HotelEl Dorado blade sign and green brick façade, the building required a significant seismicupgrade, 66 new exterior balconies and mechanical upgrades to accept the newresidential units.
