This is the second build out I've been involved with in my seafood career and I can honestly say that I've never dealt with such a pleasant, honest and knowledgeable team which was lead by Steven (Jr) Hansen and the incredible Ed Kalupa who was the Supervisor on site.
Not only did Hansen perform above and beyond but their sub-contractors were equally up to the task and were in themselves outstanding which says a lot about the quality that Hansen as a company provides.
Don't take shortcuts and opt for the cheaper contractors, Hansen are the real deal and you won't regret hiring them.
