Based upon the notes for the Cheddars East Orlando project, the contract amount was right on target by the end of the project, with only one small change order added. Going over some of the daily field reports, I could see no notes from the superintendent or project manager stating that Paramount Construction was delaying project or that the quality of work was less than expected. Project turned out great!
Their office personnel are professional and courteous and are very quick to turn around requested paperwork. Alex is very easy to work with, he understands our paperwork process and should any unexpected snags happen along the way, he is always on top of it to help us out.
