Innovative Building Concepts­®, LLC, was founded in 1987 and purchased by current President Jerrilynn Sweeney and her husband Pat in July of 2011. The management of our commercial siding company in Bloomington, Minnesota, has a combined 35 plus years of experience in commercial construction and more than 25 years of experience in management and customer service. Combined with our stalwart commitment to quality and our dependable work done by experienced craftsmen, we ensure that our customers will receive the professional, long-lasting, and quality-driven results that their construction projects demand.
