Space Care Interiors, Inc. a Michigan Corporation, was founded by Kevin Lewis, CEO and Alan Kroll, President in 1992. Today, Headquartered in Berkley Michigan, Space Care Interiors has a national presence and is an innovative leader in Facilities Management. Our management team has over 100 years of industry experience.

Produce complete space and work environment evaluations using computer generated facility design and electronic product specifications including the development of detailed construction and installation drawings.


Our move management team establishes a critical time line to insure your project remains on schedule for a smooth relocation.

  • Oversee sub-trades i.e.: data and communication lines.
  • Provide boxes and employee tagging system for material move.
  • Minimize disruptions so you can maintain business as usual.
  • Handle all aspects of the physical move whether across the hall or across the country.

Furniture refurbishment guarantees long term value for your budget. Through our process we can repair and revitalize new or existing products that are tagged for continued use in your facility by electrostatic painting, reupholstering, and wood refinishing. To insure the investments that you make, Space Care Inc. maintains an in-house custom component and laminate facility

New and remanufactured furnishings and equipment are available at all pricing levels from custom to over 300 manufacturers of new furniture, carpeting, window treatments and accessories in addition to " The Teknion Office System".
 

Interior finish and general construction services provide the ability to insure critical time lines are kept while guaranteeing final appearance, fit and finish and proper application of all materials for the completion of your project.

Full service computerized warehousing which receives, inspects and inventories your required materials for installation or storage. We provide union or non-union field services as required.
