R.L. Hill Management, Inc.

Monique graduated from Kenston High School. After receiving experience from various companies she joined the team at R.L. Hill Management Inc in June, 2004. She currently serves as Executive Assistant, Corporate Secretary and Human Resources & Payroll Manager.

Mr. Hill received his Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University in 1993. After receiving many years of Project Management experience from various firms, Mr. Hill went on to start his own company, R.L. Hill Management, Inc. in 1998. As owner, he diligently strives to guide and direct his company with the highest level of integrity.

Marcellus joined the R.L. Hill Management team as a Senior Project Executive and is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a BA in Construction Management & Technology.  He is an experienced construction manager with 21+ years of experience in the industry.  He has a diverse construction background with commercial building experience in K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, federal, sporting venues, mixed-use development and high-rise residential.  Marcellus is results driven with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and being a true advocate for the client.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional and 30-Hour OSHA trained.

Marcus comes to us from Turner Construction Company with a BA in Construction Management from Bowling Green. He is responsible for creating and managing project schedules, submittals, daily construction reports, as well as safety and quality control reporting. Marcus is essential in producing reports, managing owner expectations, and overseeing the project close out process. He plays a key role in ensuring proper communication takes place between the field and the office.

Mike joined the R.L. Hill Management Team as a Senior Project Manager bringing with him over 25 years of construction experience in retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors.  Mike is a success driven professional with extensive experience in the construction industry. He is proficient in planning, exceptional leadership, and communication skills.  Mike began his career as a member of Laborers Local #310 and worked his way up through the ranks from tradesman to foreman to superintendent before moving to Project Manager and then Sr. PM.

Mitch recently joined the RL Hill team as a Project Manager after returning home from a 2-year term in Chicago. He brings nearly 10 years of construction experience including projects in the Healthcare, Aviation, and Entertainment sectors. Mitch understands the critical nature of maintaining good relationships with clients, subcontractors, partners, and end users, actively looking to build and maintain them throughout the course of his projects.

Karen joined R.L. Hill Management with over 35 years of construction experience specializing in accounts payable, accounts receivable, subcontractor payment applications, contracts, budgeting, cost reduction, AIA billings, and change orders. Her skills include proficiency in construction software such as: Sage, Foundation, Quickbooks, and many others. Karen is an integral part of R. L. Hill Management’s accounting department.

Rhonda spent 3 years in public accounting before she began her construction industry career as the Assistant Controller for a commercial general contractor in the Cleveland area. After 11 years in that position, she accepted the position of Controller with a large Cleveland mechanical contractor where she spent 6 years. In late 2015, Rhonda took a one year sabbatical from her career, during which time she lived in Kenya and Madagascar and volunteered at an orphanage and a women’s clinic. Upon her return, Rhonda joined the RL Hill Management team in early 2017 and manages our financial operations.

Bob Cuevas joined the R.L. Hill Management Team as a Project Superintendent bringing with him over 28 years of commercial building experience in retail, government, banking, and education. He has completed numerous renovations and ground-up buildings during his construction career.

Darryl joined the R.L. Hill Management Team as a Superintendent bringing with him a high level of construction experience. A graduate of Marion Technical College, Darryl has 26+ years of commercial building experience in healthcare, public works, education and the private markets. He has completed numerous renovations and ground up buildings during his construction career and delivers outstanding performance.

Guy brings 30 years of experience as a union carpenter for commercial interiors and metal framed building shells, constructing metal framing, drywall, rough carpentry and doors, frames & hardware. He has a record of outstanding performance as a Lead Foreman, including site survey layout, subcontractor supervision, and labor estimating for change order quoting and coordinating with the Project Managers.

Linda has 30 years of construction experience in both the residential and commercial fields. Her areas of experience include accounts payable, accounts receivable, AIA billings, contracts and bidding. She is proficient in construction software which includes Foundation and QuickBooks.

Michelle is a graduate of Kent State University with a dual degree in Technology and English. She started out her career in office and executive management and eventually transitioned into working in the A/E and Construction Management industry for over 18 years. Her experience includes project management, facility management, field administration, and project marketing.

Tom is an experienced Superintendent with many years of construction and superintendent experience. Tom began his career as a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union and was bestowed the top honor of the Joseph Burke Memorial Award and went on to become a Journeyman. He is adept at finding ways to motivate construction teams to exceed expectation and maintain high standards.
