Scope Of Work
R. L. Hill Management served as the assistant construction manager for this 65,000-square-foot hospital renovation valued at $23,500,000. The renovation included reworking existing labs and classrooms in an effort to relocate of 32 students into the existing South Pointe Hospitals campus. The medical school facility includes flexible classroom/multipurpose spaces, a state of the art anatomy lab, histology imaging study lab, osteopathic manipulative medicine lab, study and conference rooms, and a clinical training and assessment center. This project also included a total re-modification of the fire alarm, technology and mechanical systems. In addition to the role of assistant construction manager, R.L. Hill Management self-performed demolition and carpentry in reworking the anatomy lab.
