Duties and Responsibilities
As company founder and President, Mark is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall operations, training and business execution. This includes oversight of company , financial reporting, accounting, business development and personnel matters.
As the Project Executive, he will assemble the TCI team for the project, follow up on the overall performance of the team, assist in the selection of primary critical path subcontractors, evaluate project schedule, financial results, and provide any guidance or tasks requested. He is also ultimately responsible for overall quality control, progress reports, customer contracts and administrative .
