In June of 2003, BooCo Construction opened its doors.
Earlier that year, a leading area store fixture manufacturer / installer announced its intent to discontinue providing onsite installation services. Recognizing an opportunity to fill the void that this would create in the retail construction marketplace, Ken Booster founded BooCo Construction LLC. Ken was joined by key personnel who had been instrumental in the success of the aforementioned store fixture manufacturer's installation division. Additional staff members with similar credentials in the commercial general contracting industry were added. Combined expertise in these two areas has driven BooCo's growth not only as a store fixture installation subcontractor, but as a general contractor as well.
Upon completion of its first fiscal year, (which was only 6 months) BooCo's revenues exceeded $2,700,000. In January 2006, BooCo Construction LLC changed its entity from an LLC to a Corporation and became BooCo Construction, Inc. In December 2006, BooCo moved to its current home, a 19,200 SF office building with approximately 15,000 SF of warehouse / shop space. By the end of 2006, BooCo's revenues exceeded $11,000,000.
