Appleseed Building Co.

Appleseed Building Company began operations in June of 2001. The company president, Dan Wiegand, has worked in construction since the early 1970's when he spent his summers doing odd jobs for his father's construction firm. He attended The Ohio State University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering degree in 1980.

Dan spent the 1980s and 1990s gaining valuable experience in all facets of a construction project including the layout and planning of a building and site, contract preparation, project administration and scheduling, and project close out. In 2001, Dan became president of Appleseed Building with a desire to become involved in a diversity of projects including residential construction and property development. The focus on his customers needs have remained of paramount importance for every project.
