CPK Construction is a residential and commercial architectural design-build company. We create quality-built, long-lasting structures. We specialize in the design and completion of unique, sustainable, and historical projects. We enjoy creating new, efficient structures as well as updating, restoring and preserving existing buildings. We have built an extensive network of well-qualified experts who share our core values.Together, the CPK team strives to design and construct the highest quality buildings while exceeding our client’s expectations with our integrity and professionalism.

In early 1989,  Chris and  Patty  Kontur ( CPK) started a small carpentry contracting firm. The pair employed Patty’s sharp business acumen and Chris’s knowledge of custom carpentry, cabinet making, and contracting to form CPK Construction. In 1996, the company evolved into a general contracting firm, and CPK Construction was incorporated. Chris followed his passion for fine craftsmanship and high end finishes as well as a keen attention to detail to produce beautiful, timeless products. Patty established the business foundation that has been built upon to become the streamlined organization that exists today.

CPK Construction, Inc. is a family business, and a business where both our local and extended family is valued. Sons Evan and Jonathan have joined the CPK team, ensuring succession of the mission, vision, and values. Our extended family of employees, design and engineering professionals, subcontractors all collaborate on each of our projects to continue the CPK legacy of integrity and quality at a fair price.
