Formed in 1970, by Victor D. Irelan, Dublin Building Systems is a medium sized building contractor operating in the central Ohio area. We specialize in design-build commercial and industrial construction, DBS has its own staff of engineers, designers, and project managers experienced in the intricacies of design-build construction.

In addition to its office staff of design and construction management professionals, DBS maintains a merit shop organization of field crews for on-site supervision and fieldwork including foundation, concrete, structural steel erection, carpentry, and other specialized labor.

DBS is active in the local construction and business community and has established long-standing relationships with key subcontractors and architectural and engineering consultants who are also experienced in design-build.

As an authorized builder for Varco-Pruden Buildings, Inc. a leading manufacturer of pre-engineered steel buildings, DBS is experienced in the construction of pre-engineered as well as conventionally framed construction.
