Scope Of Work
- Construction of New 1-Story Building with 2-Story Lobby, 11,855 sqft. LEED Silver, connected to existing 2-Story Education Building
- Existing site demolition; slab-on-grade; structural steel construction
- Exterior cladding systems: curtain wall glazing system, aluminum composite panel system and cementitious panel rain screen system
- Membrane roofing
- Complete MEP systems installation, including med gas systems
- New underground utilities: domestic water, fire water, storm drain, and sanitary sewer
