Scope Of Work
New 2-story, 27,000 square feet medical specialty facility consisting of 58 exam rooms, 9 chemotherapy treatment stations, 2 procedure rooms as wellas associated administration/operations offices, lounge areas, labs and other support spaces. A LEED Silver building consisting of a steel and concrete structure, EIFS and glass curtainwall exterior, along with high efficiency mechanical systems, sensory lighting control and medical gas systems.
