Paragon Bank found the perfect location with more visibility, accessibility and plenty of room to grow. Then they tasked Tyler 2 Construction with transforming the property into a striking new facility worthy of their commercial and private banking clients.
The challenge:
Transforming an ordinary 2-story, 16,400 sf office building into an extraordinary financial services institution. The Raleigh-based bank’s new Charlotte home received a major interior overhaul complete with new vault, teller line, reconfigured offices, and all new interior finishes. The high visibility of the new SouthPark location called for major exterior improvements including a re-vamped entrance with new storefront and marble surround, roofing, glazing, exterior-mounted canopies, building repairs, paint, signage, landscaping and fencing.
The end result:
Speedy problem solving following the discovery of unforeseen conditions enables Tyler 2 to approach the unknown with the flexibility needed in major renovations. Tyler 2’s careful logistical coordination allowed for completion of the added exterior work with no time added. The hard work paid off in major dividends for our client, and all without breaking the bank.
