Scope Of Work
Powers & Sons completed interior renovations at Jackson Park Hospital, located on Chicago’s south side. Powers & Sons was the General Contractor for the project, which included renovating patient rooms on the 3rd floor and constructing a new Labor, Delivery and Recovery (LDR) Unit. Features included mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades; new elevator installation; and new walls, acoustical ceiling, and flooring.
