General contracting services were provided for this project, which included two new three-story 30,000 square foot buildings for a total of 60,000 square feet, on Broadway in Gary, Indiana. The buildings’ frames are a steel and composite metal deck assembly with masonry veneer exterior walls, cast stone accents and entryway, aluminum window wall and storefront.
