Sprung Construction, Inc.

Thomas Sprung has been building in the Denver area since 1978. Originally from New York, Tom moved to Denver in 1972 to attend the University of Denver. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology, Tom started Sprung Construction as a sub- contracting framing company. Over time, Sprung has evolved into a full service construction company specializing in urban infill, multi-use developments and environmentally friendly commercial remodeling. Tom remains highly involved in day-to-day project operations, business development, and community involvement.

Lance has been with Sprung for 7 years and has over 28 years of construction experience. Lance graduated from Kansas State in Construction Management. Lance has excellent subcontractor and owner relationships, and continually delivers successful projects.

Aaron has 17 years in the construction industry and graduated from University of Puget Sound. Aaron specializes in taking a project from start to finish and has great attention to detail.  

Dave has been with Sprung for 30. He has over 40 years of construction experience. Dave has a great ability to efficiently organize, coordinate and keep a project moving on a fast track.  Dave excels at on-site problem solving and value engineering ultimately saving clients time and money.

Jordan has three years with Sprung and eight years in the construction industry. Jordan received his Master’s degree in Architecture from University of Colorado Denver, undergrad degree in Architecture and Business from University of Colorado Boulder. Jordan’s design background combined with his construction experience provides a unique, collaborative, and solutions based project approach.
