After working in large corporations, Micha wanted to create a company that was founded on her principles of mutual respect and a desire to help others. She and her husband, William launched Pugh Constructors to provide a client service approach to commercial construction. She brings 18 years of varied experience to Pugh Constructors, Inc. For five years she was responsible for recruiting, business development, client service and human resource management for a publically traded professional services firm. She also brings 12 years of industry & public accounting expertise in the areas of tax, regulatory reporting, financial reporting, financial analysis, general ledger, AR, AP, fixed assets, and payroll. She has been a CPA since 1994 when she successfully passed all parts of the CPA exam on her first attempt. She is also the mother of four children, inclusive of triplets. Micha is the majority stockholder of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES Develops and executes strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth. Oversee company operations to ensure quality, service, efficiency, and cost-effective management of resources. As well as responsibility for all controller functions of the company, Micha is accountable for all project cost accounting and financial reporting. She is also responsible for all HR administration and reporting, insurance, contract and subcontract administration.

William Pugh, Jr.'s Bio
After receiving an Environmental degree and working for several Architectural firms, he decided the fast pace excitement was more suitable for his style. After briefly working for a company, William went back to A&M for a Master’s Degree in with an emphasis on finance. He spent the next nine years working on a variety unique projects in Antonio. Knowing he could produce a better project and dedicate his time to each and every , he and Micha launched Pugh Constructors, Inc. The American Subcontractors Association has nominated Mr. Pugh for several Project Manager the Year awards. RESPONSIBILITIES Mr. Pugh will personally take responsibility for all phases the life cycle. He will be the authority for all communications, input, budgeting, bidding and your project. He will procure and expedite all the subcontracts and purchase orders. He will preside over all project meetings. He will oversee all aspects the process from services through project startup and commissioning.
