As President and CEO, Barbara R. Kelly is tasked with implementing the vision set by the Office of the Partners. Barbara formulates the Company’s strategic planning to achieve the objectives of the business plan, with the aim of maximizing return and minimizing risk for the company. Barbara establishes company wide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations. Overall, Barbara R. Kelly possesses the highest level of organizational and communication skills.

As the Vice President of Sales and Estimating, Reds Reilly is responsible for Sales, Estimating, and Quality Control at Russ Kelly & Associates. Reds performs budget development and submission, detailed and comprehensive quantity takeoff, accurate cost evaluation, subcontractor and supplier bid solicitation, and bid submission.

?Reds fosters relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while following each project to its completion.

As Vice President of Operations Joe Coyne is responsible for implementing the owner’s vision at Russ Kelly & Associates as well as providing project objectives by developing and assessing project activities. Throughout each project, Joe works as the field representative, completing project objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, and counseling employees. To accomplish this Joe communicates job expectations while planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions. Through his interactions on job sites, Joe is able to maintain strong relationships with customers and Sub Contractors.
